Measuring your spa is quite easy when you know how and with two people on the job it makes it a lot easier.
Items that you will need:
1. Two or three straight edges, a builders level would be ideal if you have them, if not you can use a piece of timber, hard plastic or metal, as long as it has a straight edge and is at least one metre in length.
2. A metric measuring tape. (Measurements in mm)
3. Someone to help you hold the straight edges and measuring tape.
Measurements Required.
The measurements required differ from spa to spa, make sure that you download a copy of the measuring form that suits the shape of your specific spa.

Length, Width, Lip Height and Style.
Also, depending on the style of spa,we may also require the……
Length of the Sides: If your spa has more than 4 corners.
Position of the Spa Controls:
If your spa has control buttons that are higher then 20mm, you will need to show the position of the buttons so that we can make the cover to fit over them.

Extended corners explained:This is where the sides would have met if the corner not been rounded.
Stand the two straight edges on either side of the spa outside it’s edge, then measure
from the inside edge of one straight edge to the inside edge of the other straight edge,
now do the same for the Length and Width .
Lay your straight edges along the outside lip of the spa, then measure from inside extended corner to extended corner. You will need 3 straight edges to do this.
To measure the corner radius, measure from the extended corner back to where the spa
first touches the straight edge.
To work out the height of the spa lip, Lay a straight edge on the top of the spa and
measure down to the outside lip.
If you have any buttons or controls over 20mm high on the top edge of the spa, Measure in from the extended corner to show the position for each one.
